First off, this is long (for me) but not a ridiculous AI review. I've bought and sold many homes over the years and I usually struggle to justify realtors fees especially on the buying side. I usually find the home myself and I've done it enough times that I don't need my hand held thru the process.
That said, Aaron, Monia and the Sarver Group definitely earned their fee. The coordination and step by step help with all the to do items was appreciated and I believe would be of great benefit, almost essential to less experienced buyers. This was especially helpful since my move was across country and I only had one day to actually view homes.
However, where they really shine is the care they have for their clients. From getting to understand the important things you are looking for in a home, to support on negotiation, to the local knowledge to just help you find a good place to eat. Even more, they continue to check in on you even after the sale is done to see how your move went, how are you settling in, and do you need help with anything after the move.
They are calm in a crisis and help you work thru the last minute curve balls that get thrown and you. In my situation, he even helped me get a home that was off the market.
It takes a lot of either good or bad to make me writer a review but Aaron's work certainly deserves a great review. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
