Born in Charleston, SC, and raised in Charlotte, NC, Britt has called the Charlotte area home since she was 7 years old. Having grown up here, she has a deep understanding of the local market and has enjoyed watching the region grow and evolve over the years.
Before entering real estate, Britt spent five years as an elementary school teacher. Her teaching background sharpened her organizational skills, strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, and fueled her passion for helping others—skills that translate seamlessly into her work as a real estate professional.
Inspired by her mother’s success in the industry, Britt earned her North Carolina real estate license in 2019, fulfilling a long-time personal goal. She began her career selling homes with M/I Homes before transitioning into a role as Customer Care Manager. In this position, she gained valuable hands-on experience with home construction, homeowner education, and post-sale service. Her work with builders and buyers during the construction process provided her with in-depth knowledge of home maintenance and building practices—making her an invaluable resource to her clients today.
Britt lives in Huntersville with her husband and their three dogs. When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, she enjoys spending time at Lake Norman, traveling to the beach or mountains, and exploring all that the Carolinas have to offer.
