Meet Britt Sarver

A native of Minnesota, Britt Sarver spent 18 years in Michigan building an accomplished career with Edward Jones Investments before relocating to North Carolina. In 2015, Britt married Matt Sarver and moved with her three children to the Lake Norman area, where they blended their family of seven and began building both a life and a business rooted in faith, family, and service.

Britt earned her real estate license in 2016 and joined Matt at The Sarver Group, bringing with her a strong background in relationship-building, client care, organization, and business development. As Team Leader alongside Matt, Britt plays an integral role in shaping the client experience, supporting the team’s growth, and ensuring The Sarver Group continues to be a positive and influential presence throughout Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area.

With a natural eye for design and a passion for helping homes make a memorable first impression, Britt founded Style & Design, The Sarver Group’s in-house staging company. Through Style & Design, she helps elevate listings with thoughtful styling, strategic presentation, and curated design details that allow each home to shine in its best light. Her ability to blend warmth, beauty, and market strategy has become an important part of the team’s listing success.

Britt’s greatest passion is connecting with clients long after the transaction has closed. Through Client Appreciation Events, community networking, and year-round relationship-building, she helps ensure every client feels valued far beyond the closing table.

Together, Britt and Matt continue to lead The Sarver Group with their guiding motto: God, Family and Business.
