Meet Kim Spies

With a career grounded in service, Kim spent more than 16 years in multifamily real estate before transitioning to residential real estate in 2018. Kim has served buyers and sellers across a broad regional footprint. Known for her integrity, market knowledge, and calm, solutions focused approach, Kim takes the time to understand her clients’ goals and provides clear guidance through every step of the process. Kim and her husband, Jon, have a blended family, including a son who is a graduate of Lake Norman Charter High School. Together, they enjoy taking advantage of everything the region has to offer. Outside of real estate, Kim loves traveling, escaping to the beach, and cooking with a great glass of wine. For her, real estate is about more than finding a house, it’s about helping people find a home.
