Trace Hedrick serves as the Director of Marketing and Technology at The Sarver Group, where he leads the strategic vision behind the company’s brand, digital presence, and technology systems. A 2024 graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing, Trace pairs formal business training with a lifelong passion for technology and innovation.
Since joining The Sarver Group as a marketing intern in 2022, Trace has progressed through multiple roles within the organization, gaining hands-on experience across every layer of the marketing department before stepping into a leadership position. Today, he oversees brand strategy, digital marketing, website management, content development, AI implementation, marketing materials, social media, digital and print advertising, event coordination, web design, and data analytics.
Trace is particularly proud of building and maintaining strong brand recognition across all touchpoints of the business, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism in everything the company produces. His approach is deeply data-driven, with a strong focus on efficiency, system optimization, and bringing modern tools and technologies into daily operations.
Forward-thinking by nature and a problem solver at heart, Trace works closely with leadership, agents, and the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that elevate both the company brand and individual agent identities. He is passionate about coaching and training agents on how to present themselves authentically and professionally, both online and in their day-to-day interactions.
Originally from Statesville, North Carolina, Trace lives there with his wife, Sidney, and their dog, Sam. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and hiking, and he has a hands-on passion for building and repairing computers. Always curious and growth-oriented, Trace is continually seeking new ways to expand his knowledge and push The Sarver Group’s marketing and technology efforts into the future.
