Meet Monia Esposito

Monia began her career in Real Estate in 2011 and worked for several years as a full time Real Estate Broker. She began selling real estate with The Sarver Group in 2017 until eventually transitioning into the role of Executive Assistant in 2019 and Transaction Coordinator in 2024.

As the team's Transaction Coordinator, she is a primary point of contact for our clients from the moment they go under contract until they are sitting at the closing table. Monia's primary responsibility is to serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers and real estate brokers. She keeps everything on track to ensure that buyers and sellers have an amazing and stress-free experience. Utilizing her extensive past experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, Monia is able to assist clients in every capacity of their Real Estate transaction.
