Meet Katherine Nichols

Katherine Nichols serves as the Marketing & Communication Specialist at The Sarver Group, where she works closely with the leadership and marketing teams to support the company’s brand presence across print, digital, social, and web platforms. With more than 35 years of experience in creative design and visual communications, Katherine brings a strong background in branding, marketing strategy, and design leadership to her role.

Since joining The Sarver Group in 2023, Katherine has played an integral role in developing and maintaining the visual consistency and elevated presentation of the company’s marketing efforts. Her responsibilities include designing marketing materials for listings, events, and company initiatives; creating e-newsletters, social media content, and digital campaigns; maintaining the visual presentation of The Sarver Group website; and designing print and digital advertising, including postcards and promotional materials.

Prior to joining The Sarver Group, Katherine spent more than 35 years in Art Director and creative leadership roles for a large-scale insurance organization, where she specialized in maintaining brand standards, leading creative teams, and developing cohesive marketing and communication materials. Her extensive experience in design management and visual storytelling continues to shape her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach today.

Katherine is passionate about creating polished, engaging marketing pieces that not only reflect the company’s luxury-focused brand but also help agents and clients stand out in a competitive market. She enjoys collaborating with leadership, agents, and fellow creatives to develop materials that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.

Originally from Illinois, Katherine now calls the Carolinas home. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and playing with her dog, reading, decorating and staging homes, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her husband, children, and family.
