Meet Johnathon Kendrick

Johnathon Kendrick joined The Sarver Commercial Group with more than 20 years of experience in real estate. As Commercial Director, he brings extensive market knowledge, strategic insight, and transaction expertise to clients across a wide range of commercial real estate sectors.

Johnathon specializes in the acquisition and disposition of core, core-plus, and value-add investment properties, representing private and institutional investors throughout the Southeast and beyond. His areas of expertise include multifamily, manufactured housing communities, RV parks and resorts, student housing, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, land, and hospitality properties.

He is licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with additional affiliated licenses throughout the country. His broad reach and deep understanding of commercial investment real estate allow him to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and a strong focus on long-term value.

Originally from East Tennessee, Johnathon attended the University of Tennessee and has built a career rooted in relationships, market insight, and trusted advisory service. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, Charlotte Commercial Board of REALTORS®, and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club.

Johnathon and his wife live with their two sons in the Birkdale neighborhood along the Lake Norman corridor in the Charlotte, NC MSA. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors, golfing, boating and paddleboarding on the lake, surfing at the beach, and playing sand volleyball.
