Meet Jeff Schroeder

Jeff Schroeder serves as the Director of Sales and Lead ISA for The Sarver Group, where he helps shape a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every prospective client. With a passion for building relationships and serving others well, Jeff is committed to making sure each person feels heard, informed, and supported from the very first conversation.

Bringing a strong background in management, operations, sales, and customer service, Jeff offers a well-rounded perspective that allows him to support both clients and agents with clarity and confidence. His experience leading teams, improving systems, and creating positive client experiences has made him a valuable resource within the organization. Whether he is connecting with new prospects, assisting the sales team, or helping streamline day-to-day operations, Jeff approaches his work with professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine desire to help.

Originally from Michigan, Jeff recently relocated to North Carolina with his wife and their two children. He lived in Colorado for 10 years which helped foster a love for the outdoors, an active lifestyle, and connecting with people from all different backgrounds.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and making memories together. His steady leadership, service-focused mindset, and approachable personality make him an important part of The Sarver Group and someone clients and teammates can count on for guidance and support.
