Jereme Bennett grew up in The Peninsula on Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. She earned a Bachelors of Arts at High Point University and completed her graduate studies at UNCC.

Having grown up around Lake Norman, Jereme has intimate knowledge of the area and its surrounding communities, which enables her to guide her clients with thoughtful precision. For clients looking to purchase lake front property, Jereme understands the specific considerations buyers should examine when purchasing a lake home. She also understands what sells homes and offers methodical guidance to optimize every penny for her sellers.

Jereme has two beautiful children and a sweet Maltipoo fur baby. She volunteers on several school committees, has served on her neighborhood’s HOA board for two terms, and regularly attends Cornelius town meetings to stay informed about the area's growth and development. She and her family love to explore the lake’s award-winning restaurants, dabble in Uptown Charlotte’s Arts & Culture District, and loves to travel.
